Look, I think we can all agree that artificial intelligence in human resources can sound pretty scary. After all, no one wants to think about a horde of robots taking over recruiting or payroll.

But, here’s the reality: AI makes a big difference in your HR processes. In fact, using AI in human resources can actually make you better at your job.  

AI allows computers to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence to complete.
