Recruiting Awards Deadline is Fast Approaching!
It’s countdown time for the talent acquisition community’s most exciting award opportunities that recognize business impact. With the winners being announced at an awards gala held at the 2019 Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech LIVE! conference, submissions are currently underway.
From the creators of the world’s largest conference focused on HR technology, the annual HR Technology® Conference & Exposition, Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech LIVE! will take place February 20 – 22, 2019 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. There are three categories for the Recruiting Trends & Talent Tech Awards: Outstanding Talent Acquisition Team; Outstanding Talent Solution Impact; and Outstanding Recruiting Influencer. The nomination deadline is October 26, 2018. Finalists will be notified by November 16, 2018 and the winners will be announced at the event on February 21, 2019. There is no fee to submit a nomination.
“These awards recognize recruiting excellence, especially in the context of improved performance and overall business impact,” says Conference Chair Elaine Orler. “We’re especially keen to spotlight those unsung heroes who are creating positive influence in the talent acquisition community.”
The Outstanding Talent Acquisition Team Award seeks to acknowledge in-house or client-specific delivery teams that demonstrate how people, process and technology work together to align with organizational success. Special focus on the linkage between organizational culture and team delivery excellence will be considered.
The Talent Solution Impact Award distinguishes the top solutions in talent acquisition and recruiting that are enabling stronger business performance and driving industry market trends. A minimum of 10 customers using the solution or service for one year is required, as well as three positive customer references. Level of value, ability to deliver on promised outcomes and depth of innovation and capabilities will also be considered.
The Recruiting Influencer Award will recognize a Talent Acquisition professional who has dedicated his or her career to the industry as a whole. Personal testimonials reflecting the nominee’s commitment to mentoring, being a role model and promoting unique thought leadership are required.
